Under the national ECO3 scheme by OFGEM, working with the energy companies, local councils and local installers, we help households cut their energy bills and improve energy efficiency. You could qualify FREE OF CHARGE for energy efficiency works if you receive a qualifying benefit or the Council declares you as eligible in accordance with their Statement of Intent.
